Colleen is a sixth-year student in the Counseling Psychology program at the University of Maryland-College Park. Her advisor is Dr. Jonathan J. Mohr. She is currently an intern at Temple University's Tuttleman Counseling Services in Philadelphia, PA. Her research interests include: 1) LGBQ mental and physical health, particularly the experiences of traditionally understudied gender and sexual minority groups, 2) body size as a locus of identity, oppression, and activism, and 3) engagement in physical activity as a resilience factor for marginalized populations.
