Jessica Magidson associate professor of psychology and director of the Center for Substance Use, Addiction and Health Research, co-authored an essay for USA Today with Michal Moskowitz, a clinical psychologist at Rockville Internal Medicine Group in Maryland, on the mental health benefits of getting outdoors even when it's cold and dark outside.
