Behavioral treatment for low-income depressed smokers in the community

Dr. Richard Yi (PI) along with Dr. MacPherosn (Co-I) are conducting a pilot randomized trial with low-income minority smokers with elevated depressive symptoms in the community, comparing full behavioral activation + contingency management BACM treatment (which includes abbreviated standard treatment for smoking cessation) and transdermal nicotine patch (TNP) to full standard treatment (ST) with non-contingent rewards and TNP.
