Bio
Kenny entered the clinical psychology doctoral program in Fall 2024 and works in the UMD ADHD Program under the mentorship of Dr. Andrea Chronis-Tuscano. Prior to joining UMD, Kenny got his B.S. in Psychology from Howard University and spent 2 years working as a research assistant in Dr. Melissa Brotman's Neuroscience and Novel Therapeutics Unit at the NIMH researching innovative treatments for pediatric irritability. Kenny has an overall interest in pediatric and minority mental health, with a more specific interest in treatment-focused research and qualitative methods. Kenny is intrigued with figuring out which treatments work for whom, how they work, and why they work.
