The GC in ASI is responsive to the needs of counselors, family therapists, social workers, clinical nurses, psychologists or those in related fields (e.g., public health professionals) seeking continuing education credits, or counselors seeking additional elective academic credits to complete licensure requirements in the state of Maryland.

The GC in ASI is open to professionals who have earned a master's degree or higher in counseling, family therapy, social work, nursing, psychology, or related fields (e.g., public health professionals) from an accredited institution. Those with a bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience or who are in the process of completing the requirements for a graduate degree may also apply.
