Precious is a first year doctoral student in the SDOS Psychology program working under Dr. Jen Wessel. Precious’s research interests include the impact of organizational policies in improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in leadership, and the effects of policy implementation on marginalized individuals and groups.
