Alisha Tronetti is a doctoral student studying Organizational Psychology in the SDOS Program. She earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor's of Science in Management from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2021. Her current research interests include team dynamics, leadership, and networks.  She hopes to continue expanding her knowledge and experience in computational modeling and simulation building.

Her thesis explores team cognition and knowledge building. Using a computational model, she examines the formal decision making processes individuals use when decided to share information with her team. 

In the future, she hopes to pursue an academic career in I/O psychology and/or management.
