Aim of this 10-year project has been to further develop and test behavioral measures of appetitive and avoidant reinforcement-based vulnerabilities as prospective predictors of substance use and HIV-risk behaviors, within a larger framework considering the role of genetic variables and environment both at the level of self-report and novel in-vivo assessment.
